Senior Commercial & Marketing Manager

Role: Commercial & Marketing Manager

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne (Hybrid)

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £55,000 per annum

The Role: Last Minute Productions UK is looking for a strategic Commercial Manager to lead our expansion into the UK hospitality and corporate media sectors. Bridging the gap between creative production and business growth, you will own the commercial lifecycle of our major accounts, from acquisition to delivery.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth: Designing and executing a commercial strategy to scale monthly recurring revenue (MRR) by 200% within 12 months.

  • Key Account Management: Act as the primary commercial lead for key clients ensuring campaign delivery meets commercial KPIs.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct high-level analysis of UK digital consumption trends to identify new revenue streams for videography and digital marketing services.

  • Budget & ROI Control: Manage campaign budgets of £10k+, negotiating with vendors and freelancers to maximize profit margins.

  • Brand Development: Oversee the "Last Minute Productions" brand positioning, ensuring our digital footprint aligns with our target market of high-end hospitality groups.

  • CRM Management and Lead Generation: Candidate should have the ability to scale the business through various means - candidates with automation experience will be highly considered.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strategic Leadership: Proven experience in a commercial or marketing management role (minimum 3 years), preferably within the media, FMCG, or retail sectors.

  • Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated history of managing P&L, forecasting revenue, and driving business development.

  • Portfolio Management: Experience managing multiple high-stake client accounts simultaneously.

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex market data (SEO, engagement metrics, conversion rates) to inform commercial decisions.

  • Ad-hoc Skills: Maintaining website and other key customer touchpoints such a social media are desirable but not essential
Junior Videographer (Part - Time)

Job Title: Creative Junior Videographer (Freelance/Part-Time)

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

Job Type: Part-Time 

Salary: £15.00 - £18.00 per hour (Dependant on experience)

The Role: We are looking for a sharp, creative shooter to assist on location shoots for our restaurant and hospitality clients. You will work directly under our Creative Director to capture high-energy, cinematic footage for social media campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Filming on-location at busy F&B environments (kitchens, dining floors) and factories.

  • Setting up lighting and audio equipment for interviews and product shots.

  • Editing short-form content (Reels/TikToks) using Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

  • Managing equipment inventory and data wrangling after shoots.

Requirements:

  • Portfolio demonstrating food/hospitality or event videography.

  • Proficiency with mirrorless systems (Sony FX3/FX6 preferred).

  • Ability to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends required for shoots).

  • Drivers license preferred.
